The following gauges show the current ratings on Virgin Atlantic Flights as recorded in the trip reports section of the forum. When a registered user posts a trip report, the website also records their views on five elements of the flight - Check In, Seats, Food & Drink, Entertainment and Cabin Crew. Each element has a rating of 1 (poor) to 5 (good), with 3 being average. These results are automatically summarised as a percentage on this page. If the indicator is to the right of center (higher than 50% rating), you can assume the general opinion of flyers is above average for that aspect of the flight. The first set of dials below show opinions in the last three months, followed by the all-time averages. From this you can see if Virgin Atlantic are getting better (or worse) over time. Note, whilst attaching this rating to a trip report may produce a smaller sample than simply running a vote on the site, because the verbose commentary associated with the rating can justify the score, this tends to produce more accurate results.
