I managed at the weekend to upgrade our Club tickets going to Denver next May to First with reward seats becoming available . The agent said is it your BA prem plus card you want the change fee to be put on yes I said. Tickets issued and confirmed, seats requested. There is still no payment pending on my card is this the norm or how long should I give it before contacting them. Linda
I wouldn't worry too much, this has happened to us when changing sectors of a flight with a slight price change once. Strangely, refund have often been instant...
I think it took a week before it all went through for us, though you could always ask BA on twitter?
