VS Staff Avatar that Matches New Logo

I vectored all of the new Virgin Logos and put them on wikipedia and then it hit me, the current avatar for VS Staff is still on the old logo. So, after a couple minutes in photoshop and illustrator I threw this together.

I think Airbus was refering to the distinction in the older logos, where there was different text, ie 'Crew' and 'Staff', to differentiate between them.
