I want to see if I can upgrade my ticket on an outbound flight to the US and it looks like I'll have to leave it until the morning of the check-in to ask at LHR; what time is the ticket/sales desk in T3 open from?

I would have thought it would have opened at 0600 when check in for the VS3 opens?
