am i correct

i recently got a quote for a holiday with virgin to the royal pacific resort in universal orlando resort it was a bit over budget for us, even with the 10% taken off. It is the PE supplement that has made it that bit too much so, can i use miles i have earned towards the cost of PE even though i am short of the 20000 points i need? or even fly one way PE?

you can fly one way PE and the cost of the holiday will be less
however the ticket class that VH use (H) is not upgradable with miles im afraid, so you'll be stuck in the class you book (unless you are allowed to use cash to upgrade at check in)
