Yes, I know what you're thinking - blonde from Essex, can't cope with downloads (actually, it would seem you're correct). So I've paid my membership, received my luggage tags and Membership no, gone to the v-tool site, clicked on downloads for Windows XP, then it comes up with 2 files and 2 windows, so I press on Extract Files (I'm guessing at this stage), and follow the wizard and nothing. Oddly enough, nowhere does it ask for my membership no. Can someone help this damsel in distress....
