Lol, yeah I got given one of those once when I travelled FIRST CLASS. First Class for those not in the know is a select cabin from row 21 through to row, umm 65 (on a LGW 744 anyways!). It is very hard if not impossible to get UPGRADED to First Class but here are some pointers.

Shout as loudly as you can at the Check In staff, Cabin Crew and in-fact any other VS agent/employee demanding to be put into First Class. These employees may try to insist there is no First Class on Virgin flights but just tell them that there is it is rows 21 to 65 and demand they put you there.

ROTFL - aside from the obvious, any other pedants around here notice that it's described as "NEVER USED"...in that case, where are the contents and why isn't it still sealed? :D

OMG, I have been missing out, all I got was those dodgy black cases with cufflinks, they are so pants I have 12 of em stacked up in my wardrobe, me thinks I should write a letter of complaint, people in UC should get more plastic pump bags and not those tacky designer jobbies we het now, lol.
