penalty for none pick up of hire car

hi everyone.
i was just wondering if anybody could tell me if there is a penalty charge for none pick up of your car on a fly drive with virgin holidays .

I've done it before (actually booked a flydrive because it was cheaper than the flight alone with VS!) and ignored the car pick-up.

No charge appeared for me, so I dare say it's safe.

I can also confirm that I have done this, as have my family, on numerous occasions with no penalty.

Not sure if this has been in previous brochures , but in the 2005 VH Florida brochure,page 311, VH now levy a flat rate of £30pp as a independant iteniary charge.
