I've been trying to play "musical chairs" today (the last few weeks have been succesful as I slowly move my seat allocation as better seats become available!), however on trying "update" flights today, I am told I have no bookings [:(]

Now, I do have bookings (as evidenced below), and even when I manually enter my booking reference etc, it still cannot find my flights.

Is anyone else having this problem today - or is it just me?

Sounds like a call to Virgin to reassure you.

However ... I have observed several technical flaws in the Virgin Web site that suggest it's not as robust as it could be. So my suspicion is that there is a technical issue not a real one.

Hope you resolve this quickly.

I looked at our flight to LAX on 5th November earlier this evening, got into the booking and the seat map without a problem, but then there wasn't a single seat available to change to [:0]

Guess a lot of pax are now getting their seats pre-assigned.

Seems like it's just me then!!

My musical chairs has probably just overloaded their systems [:I]

I've just sent an e-mail to the good folks at VS to sort it.

Thanks.

Rich.

I agree. I've had the difficulty of not being able to access one of my flights and I am getting the message that the site is down for maintenance a little bit more frequently than usual. I hope it gets sorted soon

I was on to the Premier Team today and they informed me there were bugs in the system which they are trying to iron out. I doubt if they will have my bug fixed [:#]

One problem I've noticed is that they seem to have not checked some of the links they've copied from their staging server. They probably work fine from Crawley, but not accessible from outside.

If you see 'stage20.virgin-atlantic.com...' at the beginning of your link, change it to 'www.virgin-atantlic.com'.
