Anyone know?

Does anyone know if xbox games bought in the US will be okay to use on our consoles here. Thanks.

This is never something i've really considered because my xbox is chipped and will play anything. However, a quick google groups search reveals it's unlikely to work. If you have the soldering skills or know someone who has, it's worth chipping your box (modchips are £20-30) if you are planning on saving lots of money by buying US games.
