Anyone else got an invite for the Invited Guests event in early September?

Thinking of going along for a day of fun.

Got the invite but small print indicates you have to actually play?

Doesn't read like that to me.

I see it as 'if you play, you must be able to play on a 18-hole rather than a mini 9-hole or pitch and put'. I.E. Be ready for the long walk spoiled.

Well we all know what my official handicap is.....

I got an invite today and I'm thinking about coming through. Can't remember the last time I played with a swingy thing and a tiny white hard thing though!!

I've emailed back asking what the situation is for 'Ultra Novices', and if they will set a group aside for the likes of myself and others. I'll get back to you all if there are some who want to join me in a bit of 'swish-damn' but still have a great day out!
