Very little details at the moment but apparently relates to 'a gash in the fuselage'.

Several years ago, a friend gave us a private tour around the VA hanger at LHR. One of the VA planes had damage to the fuselage.
Some-one had circled it, written 'ouch' & the date & where the damage had occured. I have a photo somewhere.
