To be honest I find it quite worrying ! If an experienced pilot with one of the "worlds best airlines" can make such a mighty error on the ground what chance in the air where he can't apply the bakes?
This is bound to affect his no claims bonus.

This 747 was still in a hangar at JNB when I was down there 6 weeks ago. Heading back this weekend and will be interested to see if she has been repaired and moved on.

Talk on PPRUNE is that it'll get scrapped as nearly 24 years old and 106,000 flying hours on it.
