After the one hour turn around in Bangkok, we were off to Amman. The flight time was just under 11 hours, so plenty of time to eat and then sleep.

Usual drinks / nuts and hot towels after take off. The cabin crew looking after Crown Class came round and introduced herself and after the first name check with paper, for the whole of the flight she addressed me by name from memory - very impressed!!

Dinner (served around 01:00 BKK time) was

Appertisers
Pastrami with asparagus, russian salad in a tomato cup and salmon galantine

Seasonal salad

Main Courses
- Beef fillet in green peppercorn sauce
- chicken in spicy tomato and ginger sauce
- spicy fish patty with herb and corn sauce
- vegetarian pasta

served with buttered vegetables, chateau potatoes and saffron rice.

I had the beef and a sample of the chicken - again as with all the other meals it was really tasty, served hot from the trolley and a very good sized portion.

Cheese was on the tray (commerical packed piece of cheese) but there was a trolley service of different cakes / desserts with tea / coffee.

After about 6 hours of sleep, I stirred during breakfast service. I was still full from the dinner service so just had a couple of soft drinks. From what I could see, the meal was a continental breakfast offering, but a fairly decent size.

Impression
- Great service, again!
- Good food which was presented really well
- Comfortable sleep, even though it was an angle-flat seat
- Really professional cabin crew who were in the cabin throughout the flight
