The iPod shuffles are now in colour!

Well, the outside is - obviously there's no screen to "improve" on from greyscale!

But unlike other product launches, this one seems to have just appeared on the apple site with very little noise. Did I miss something? (Are there any other surprises lurking...? [:?])

I noticed it earlier today when I was looking for something else on the Apple site; but it didn't register. I must have assumed they always came in colour... but now you mention it!

Had an email promoting it but like Pete I assumed they always came in different colours?

It was announced at CES 07 that there would be colour versions of the shuffle, i guess the excitement of the iPhone overshadowed these little siblings.

Quite fancy getting one for ski-ing
