Hi Guys just wondering I saw a picture of G-VROM on airliners.net tonight and it was taken in Amsterdam which clearly is not an Aerosur destination??? rumour has it she is back as her lease to Aerosur has finished finally! which signals her return to Virgin Atlantic? could this be true? wil VS accept her back in their fleet

140 days till VS043

The last rumour was that her sub-lease to Aerosur ended in April and that she was due a cabin re-config before returning to service.
Is your uncle hoping to fly her again? ;)

Latest photo remarks CP-2603 (cn 32339/1275) Departure after maintenance at Amsterdam. She is leased from Virgin Atlantic (G-VROM), now on the way back to Madrid and Bolivia via runway 09
Perhaps Aerosur have extended the lease?

I understood that the a/c was for mx and then returned to Bolivia as you mention.

If it was coming back into the fleet, it would be a good candidate for the first refurb?

Happy 10th birthday to Barbarella! Just noticed the delivery date on my poster was 10 years ago today.

It is 100% going to be part of the LGW/MAN fleet. This has been confirmed numerous times by Virgin and as it is being refitted and only the LGW 747's are being refitted then it is very clear.
