Hi everyone,

I don't know if your thinking like me but I think VS needs to update their website. I don't think its a patch on BA's - especially the MMB feature. I think the MMB needs to be updated the most, as its main rival definately has the superior MMB by far. Anyone know if there are any plans of updating it?

It is continually being updated to be honest, but yes there is a big refresh due soon.

I know what you mean about some of BA's site - the 'FareExplorer' view is very good. But then I find other parts of the BA site hideous.

Thanks,
Richard

I guess its each to their own isnt it and what you feel comfortable with - I use a number of sites for banking and the like and whenever they change them you always find fault - but you soon get used to the new one!!!

Yeah, parts of BA's are not great but I do feel that their MMB tool is fantastic!

I have to admit when booking a reward flight the monthly layout on BA's site is far better! Especially now it is much harder to book reward flights due to limited availability. Searching a day either side is not that great!!

The news and offers page is pretty good to be fair though!!

I don't find that much wrong with VS's current website. I want a simple, easy-to-use interface that isn't loaded with snazzy flashing graphics, and that is exactly what VS has. It's their best one yet if you ask me.

When I went on the Website last week I got a pop-up survey all about the site, so obviously its being looked at.
