Due to short-term difficulties, Virgin Atlantic regrets that it has been forced to temporarily suspend its online DIY check-in service from all U.S. airports to the U.K. (London and Manchester). Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Maybe related to the site tech. updates?

It has to be, VS's website it literally imploding right now with different things being changed and edited. It's either going through a revamping process of its own or VS just want to slow down usage of their site so they can get everything else all fixed and dandy.

DIY wasn't working for us on Tuesday's flight (either Monday night or Tuesday morning) when trying to check in for the VS20.

Is that DIY (at the airport) or OLCI?

DIY is basically OLCI in SFO - There are no kiosks at the airport.

Trying to check in right now with no success. Any information when this might be back up?
