We've just made a couple of changes to a VH holiday (1st was yesterday - Barbados on 10th August to Cuba on 10th August instead - then today changed the travel date to 3rd August, still Cuba though!)

My question is, I'd logged into the VA website last week and picked our seats on the Barbados flight (in UC if that makes any difference), however when I go back and try to pick seats for the new flights they don't show up. In fact the Barbados ones are still all there on the booking reference and date. VH just changed the holiday and kept the same booking reference for us.

Everything (the new itineary) shows up fine on the VH manage bookings page.

.... but should I be worried?

It can take a few days for VH to update VS with the new details so I wouldnt worry at this point. You can wait a few days and then check the seat plan or you can call the Flying Club or VS to book seats .

Either way I wouldnt worry - its just the system lagging behind - and its is a bank holiday too!!!

Same thing happened to me in similar circumstances. I called the FVC and they updated the VA system straight away. It is just an oversight.
