Is this standard in PE now or is it just pot luck?

I'm trying to convince a friend to upgrade and i'm putting all the perks to her. I think the above might win her over!!!

Its in our Marketing Material as a Feature of PE so yes it certainly should happen.

Was offered on my flight LGW-MCO yesterday - and not small measures either!
