Got to do a couple of EWR runs over the next couple of months and BA are half the price for Club (until June 7th) as VS for UC. So biting the bullet - there are three flights LHR/EWR daily. Anybody have any preferences? My immediate choice seems to be a 777.

Looking at the seat map The 767 looks ok and they have just been refitted with the NCW seat.To be honest the 777 in NCW is a bit of a dorm,I know it is of no use to you but the 744 service to JFK on the upperdeck is superb not a get deal of difference to First.
Think I would go for a row 1(no stepping over legs to get out) on the 767 it's only 3 class so you are in the top class and should get better service a lot like some of the Caribbean routes.

Hmm...BA Golds? In any case available seats should open up at OLCI. Alternatively I usually find the 777 OK as long as I get 10D...

Not flown NCW, but I do know that

1) The 767 is the only way to get a forward facing window seat.

2) BA start to get AVOD shortly (next month?), and the 767 fleet will be the first to get it.

3) And finally, a 2-2-2 config on 767 looks much less crammed than the 2-4-2 on the 777

IIRC not all 767s have been refitted with new cabins.

the only 767's left to be re-fitted are short-haul ones converting to long-haul.

All 767 longhaul flights should therefore be NCW.

ok,on the 772 try and get in row 10 D,E,F or G or row 15 E,F,been in both rows and they are great,personaly I prefer row 15 as in row 10 you can get people walking in front of you which can get annoying.
