hello - flying to NRT (Tokyo) at end of month (assume on A340)- the on-line virgin seat planner has the toilets on the other side of the aircraft, whereas V-Flyer seating has it directly opposite 2k? seat guru also has it on the other side (hence the seat is the only 'excellent' rated seat UCS.) Just wondered if it should change the seat as not keen on the disturbance if there is a chance i will be next to the toilet! . Thanks!

I would take a serious look at changing the seats either way.

The reason for the difference is that there are two layouts of the 346's,but no matter what I would move more towards the back of the cabin somewhere around rows 5 or 6.

All the newer 346s have the WC in front of 2K, I believe. Certainly this has been the case with all my IAD flights this year. I don't think it's too big a deal but each to their own. I do love the shelf that 2K gets in front of it, though.

8G - You have a good sized area to lay out stuff due to the switch in direction of Suites. Does a bassenet go there?

I've sat in 3K on the A346 in both the old and the new config, and personally wouldn't hesitate to choose 2K in either config next time I fly.
