I just sent an Email to the FVC asking if they will add my ByRequest membership number on to my booking for my next stay in the Wyndham Orlando resort.

The email was sent at 12:22, my reply telling me they had done it
arrived 12:25.

Three minutes, now thats amazing isn't it.

We were close to staying in the Wyndam.

I stayed there about 9 years ago when it was Marriott but got a bit scared with the trip advisor reviews!

Were at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes next month!

Stayed at the Wyndham 6 years in a row never had a problem with it.
there are a few musty rooms but most people say nothing when they are there which doesn't give the staff a chance to help, then they come back home and complain on tripadvisor.

Always been happy there myself and I do have high standards.

Let me know what your hotel is like as I think its time I tried something new for once, lol.

True, true! I'll let you know

One of the things I did find funny is most of the UK guests found it fine. I think they most put Virgin peeps in the newer buildings!

I wish I had done this is the past, I always assumed it was just direct bookings that counted towards the reward points.
