Does anyone know exactly what happens with the UC drive thru checkin at Gatwick. I'm really just wondering where you go after the checkin? Do they somehow drive you thru avoiding the normal security etc or do they just check you in somewhere and they drop you somewhere at the terminal still ground side and you make you own way as normal albeit using fast track?

After check in you are dropped at the terminal and you make your way through departures to security as normal.

Good luck finding fast track, my last couple of flights if it was there it wasnt posted (not that security took that long on either occasion).

So glad it isn't just me! I have yet to find Fast Track at LGW. I really must try to remember to ask next time I am at checkin. However, as you say, the normal queue has been fine.

But Fastrack at LGW is always in the same place, so even if the sign has fallen down it cant be that hard! Its the line furthest away from the VS check in desks and usually the one with the longest line ;-)
