FC Christmas card or gift

Did anyone get a card or a gift this year?

No nothing here.

Even as an Au card holder, no Birthday card or Birthday miles here either and I feel really bad asking for the miles [:I]

WhatÕs the deal with the Birthday miles, is this something you get if you happen to be randomly selected or do you permanently receive each B'day.

My birthday, week or so back...... Nothing recieved. Think it woild be a good idea for them to send cards out. We do a similar thing where I work, response is great.

To celebrate their 21st birthday FC members were receiving 2100 miles on their birthday. ISTR it as only AU members but may be wrong.

I did get the 2100 Birthday miles, which was in July so shortly after the scheme startd.

As for Christmas nothing, I think I heard some people received ties from what I recall.

The birthday miles promo does only apply to gold Flying Club card holders.

I asked for mine and Aer John's and got them - well the miles, but not the card

i got my birthday card and miles on the 29th december - so promotion was still running up to december, but not sure if it is still running in 2006???

It was only applicable to those with a birthday AFTER VS' - ie: mine in May didn't qualify [:(]

Yep, I got my birthday miles back in November, however, no Xmas gift or card

Well Aer John and I both had birthdays in December and we called the Premier Team who got on to Marketing and a couple of days later, there they were

The Birthday miles are for Gold Members who have set their accounts up for internet access with a valid e-mail address. (the email address is where the code for your miles is sent to!)
you will be sent the information around your date of birth (again, providing you have provided Virgin with your date of birth for security purposes).

sometimes they are sent early, but you will NOT be able to add the bonus birthday miles on until on or after your birthday, within the 12 months.

They're still running this year up until June I think, got my card a couple of days ago.

I didn't receive anything for Xmas either (well, the calendar, but I think most folks are of the opinion that was from the calendar competition)

I got a birthday card and the code was in that.

No calendar for Christmas however.

Very nice personalised birthday card came on my birthday with the code for the miles printed in the card[y]

It was my birthday yesterday.

Interestingly I recieved another card this year with 2k miles. This is in addition to the 2100 miles recieved last July as part of the VS birthday promotion. Is this miles gift set to be a regular thing?

The promo is running for another year for Gold member, this time for 2000 miles, only if you have renewed though.
