They certainly have a different call centre entirely for post-booking vs. pre-booking (India vs UK), but I'm not sure about weekends.

I would imagine the staff do a 5/7 shift - so there would be some overlap (ie: you wouldn't have a "weekend shift" as such).

VH have staff working all different shift patterns, as the CCis open 8am-10pm and weekends they just use a rota basis, so you can never be quite sure if you will get to speak to the same people.
