Hi sorry if this has been discussed before but I can't find anything relevant when searching. I'm going to ANU, obviously on a LGW 747 in PE and was just wondering what type of seats will be on the upper deck? Is it still the old style or have they been upgraded, any pics?

Also does anyone have any experience of checking in at Antigua as Virgin says OLCI is not available for Caribbean destinations?

Many thanks

Hi EDF and welcome to V-Flyer[y][y]

this thread asked a similar question a while back and AFAIK the answers are still current with the LGW a/c having the older style PE seats (which a lot of V-FLyers say are more comfy).

Flew back today to LGW in PE. Upstairs still old style seats which are definately better than the downstairs PE seats which are newer

Yes, OLCI is not available in ANU, but if you're in a hotel there is a "check-in & chill out" service available at most, which is very convenient.

Though last year we were not at a "check in and chill out" hotel we still got the seats we'd requested using the standard VS assignment tool.
