Airport Lounge

This is going back some time, but did Virgin once have a lounge facility land side. I remember as a kid dropping my Dad off at the airport and going for a drink in the lounge before he went. I think it was at Gatwick, although cannot be sure.

I remember seeing a certain Live Aid/Live 8 organiser in there too, probably why it sticks inmy mind.
