Hi, I'm logging on to expertflyer.com to check availability of seats in my flight(Virgin vs031) and it states that most letters(H,K,W etc)have 7 after them??
I also noticed this was the case with other flights too...same number.Anyone explain the jargon? Thanks ,Katie:)

It means that there are many seats available to sell in all classes of tickets. 7 is the maximum number that is shown. So it may mean that in one of the ticket classes there are 7 seat available to sell, or there may be more. Note that it means available to sell rather than available to 'sit in'. The two are different because airlines routinely oversell.

There is a forum specifically for ExpertFlyer on v-flyer. There are quite a few threads in it explaining the use of expertflyer. However it is password protected for members of v-flyer, so you would need to join up to get to it! I should also say that one of the other benefits of joining up is that you get a discount to expertflyer [y]

Do you have to pay for expertflyer? Is it worth the membership fee? I'd love to know the availability of VS200 on 3rd feb and VS201 on 10th Feb if anyone already has access :p

Yes you do have to pay for it, however if you become a V-Flyer member you get 20 searches free and also a code to get you discount on a Expert Flyer membership.

The strawb you can get it from the expert flyer forum on here but you have to get a password to get into it from the clubhouse section.
