Have just noticed that G-VAIR - Maiden Tokyo, has been operating the LGW-LOS-LGW route (flight VK0292/293) for a few days recently, is this just helping out VK or is the a/c planned to go fully to VK anytime soon? and do VS often help out VK?

maybe one of the VK aircraft are having maintenance checks or at LGW and they needed an aircraft to fly their route.
Or there maybe a problem with the a/c and as VK is VSs sister airline they may help out.
but seeing VS current a/c situation i dont understand it myself it maybe going to VS im sure someone knows?

During the fuel crisis AIR was sent down to LOS to help supposedly, although I'm not sure how sending another aircraft to somewhere with no fuel was meant to help[:?] I didn't know it was still helping out.

VS.
