Whenever I sign in to my Flying Club account and click on "Update Booking" I always receive the message "We were unable to locate your flights based on your Flying Club number". I always book online, signed in to my account, with my Flying Club number. My latest flight was even booked with miles.

Its no real hardship to enter my booking reference, but I'm curious as to why I can't get this to work.

It is truly a bit of a hit-and-miss affair. At present, my BGI flight comes up automatically, my US flights do not. As you say, no great hardship, but it would be nice if it worked properly.

Try calling VS and check.

If they move the flight even by 5 mins. you cannot view you booking online until you phone VS, they inform you of the change, hit some button at their end and then the booking will should be accessible on-line again.

You probably want to keep an eye that though gremlins in the VS computer do not move your seats around.
