Disappointed that the new food service is not starting 'til December but Hey-Ho always the next flight!

About half of the 340-600s have the new seats, so its a 50-50 chance.

Firstly I guess you are talking about the new W seats?

It is impossible to predict the actual a/c you will be flying on so it is hard to say if your flight will have one fitted with the new seats or not

About half of the A346 a/c current have the new W seats fitted on them with so you have about a 50% chance. These are the a/c that currently have the new seats:

G-VGOA
G-VEIL
G-VNAP
G-VGAS
G-VFIZ
G-VYOU
