Booking LHR CH Treatments

Grrr. Just tried to find the number on the VS website for the LHR CH to book a haircut for tomorrow to find no phone number, but a link to fill out a form... that failed.

Called up the UC reservations line where they gave me a phone number, where I listened to the three options but when I chose the Cowshed option I was subjected to a recorded message telling me to send an email (to a barely audible address) to request a treatment.

I mean, how difficult do you want to make it for your customers?

I have a cowshed number that worked in September but it is on my works machine will pm it when I get in at 8am.

Does anyone have the Cowshed email address?? I could also do with booking a couple of treatments. The link at VA.com seems to be down at present...

Well to add insult to injury, they didn't have my appointment this morning - all the systems were down, but then the way I heard the email address on the recorded message was [email protected]

Still, I got my 'do' anyway.

I am at a loss as to why the good old telephone isn't good enough.

I used 02088975055 and booked my GF's treatment today so this number still works!!

You can also make an appointment with our Cowshed at the Clubhouse spa in our new Heathrow Clubhouse. I must say i have never had a problem booking via email as the phone is usuually and answer machine so email is best and they reply within 48 hrs usually

Great info - where was that? I just called and yes, you can still call them up on that number to book. The web link from the VS website

So, great that we can still book over the phone - just don't hide the number!
