None of the 346s have gone for full paint as yet.
WOW and ROC, AFAIK are still wearing their original Boeing paint, and I'm guessing the -441s (Nova-fitted 744s) are.
ISTR the 343 and 744 repaints have been done in Amsterdam, so far, and it usually takes 10-14 days to repaint a widebody airliner like the 747 (including stripping of the old paint - you don't "overpaint" because you don't want the extra weight of two coats of paint).

http://www.airliners.net/open.file/0258373/L/As for Airbus, if someone contracted them to paint a plane, they would probably paint it, regardless of manufacturer, as long as they have space in their paint-shop (might be tricky, as it's main job is to paint new builds). It's all money at the end of the day.
