How long are my miles valid?

I called FC yesterday as I was due some miles to be credited to my account for referring friends. They have added the miles but a return flight to MCO that I took in Feb 2004 has disappeared off my statement!!! Can't get through to them to ask and after several emails had failed to get through (they were coming back undelivered!!) I finally got one through. So I am waiting to hear back from them. Is it because these miles have expired? [:0][:0]

Could it be because they are further back than the 10 transactions it will only show me - if so then surely they should still be reflected in the balance which they're not. Just wondered if any of you very clever boys may know!!!

Your miles only expire if your account is inactive for three years.

Provided there is some earning or spending activity on the account, the miles from 2004 will remain valid until your spend them.

I've take a couple of PE trips since then and some hotel stays so the account is being used. I presume they have made a mistake then and will hopefully put the miles back on. Thanks a lot for your help!

If you are talking about the online statement then it definitely only shows the most recent 10 (or so) transactions so it is almost certainly the case that they have just disappeared of the bottom but they are still included in your total miles.
