Double AMEX Credit this month

Just logged onto my FC account to see if VA have doen anything about the marketing mistake for their PE 50% bonus programme and found that my December credit of Credit Card miles has appeared again at the end of Jan.

For Jan 31st I have 2 entries, a duplicate of 31st Dec and a pretty large one for my real December spending.

Anyone else had this ?

Yep, same here for me.

They did notice last time and remove the duplicated months credit...

One of the mods fancy moving this to the CH to stop any peering eyes finding out from us....[:p]

Yep, I got december's miles again too.

Not that there were alot of them [:(]

I got 2 companion flights credited and decembers miles credited again!

My renewal is not until April, so I expect my companion flight qualification will appear then.

I have noticed that it is not a companion as such this time - it is an upgrade voucher from Econ to PE. This is probably worth even less than a companion voucher!

Just logged in again, and all the credits from the 31st Jan have gone....

One day... I fear... they might just get it right... ;o)

What do you have to do to qualify for the companion flights and upgrade vouchers?

Well something funny is going on.

I logged on to check my miles and 31st January was there.

Logged off and looked at my husbands, no 31st January miles for him.

Logged back onto my account and found that the January mileage had mysteriously disappeared.

Rang Flying Club to find out why and all I got was 'well I really don't know!, have another look in a couple of days'.

So what happened there then?[:(]

You have to spend a certain amount on the VS Amex card within a one year period, the full details are on this page of the VS site.

Yep, now i've lost ALL mileage for January.. Called FC and i swear she thought I was mad. Have decided to leave it a day or so and see what happens

Same here. Had just under 8,000 miles added to my statement middle of January, which was same amount as my December 06 total.

Checked it this morning and they had ben removed. will have to check again when my miles are added at the end of this week, hopefully[?]
