Need some expert advice

I have a Virgin AMEX Companion Ticket lodged on my account and 2 Virgin AMEX PE Upgrades.

I'd like to use Companion Ticket to travel to South Africa.

How can I utilise these rewards together, is it possible to

Buy an Economy ticket and use both PE rewards to put myself and my wife in PE ?

I was told by someone in the Premier team this was not possible, but I was sure I read something on here that it was.

The rewards are lodged, but I have no idea on the T&Cs associated with them.

I did n't spot that the companion ticket was put on my account, so I have to book something by Sep 7th.

You could purchase an 'L' class ticket for one of you, and then the 'free' companion, then the 'free' upgrade on the companion ticket, and then 10 000 miles for the L class to upgrade to Premium. you would then have one Upgrade reward left.

The Upgrade reward can only be from a 'T' class reward booking.
