Despite being on V-Flyer for ages I seem to sometimes know very little about the ticket restrictions of Virgin.

I've got a K return to JFK I'm looking to move to the weekend before. I know these are the cheapest PE fares, but as VS have suggested to me beforehand with Z's could I not simply pay and upgrade this ticket to a W and then cancel it and book a new K for the week before?

Or is there some flexability for Au's with moving K's?

Cheers!

Can't say I've moved a 'K' before but I've changed dates on a 'Q' one time last year, think it cost me £50

If you upgrade a ticket from K to W, the K fare element of it is still non-refundable. However, you WOULD be able to take advantage of the W's flexibility in terms of date changes.

In other words, whether you upgrade it to a W or not, the K element of the money you paid will never be returned.

Yeah, Premier just advised me of that, after all.
Oh well, its only money :D

Cheers!
