Menu and drinks

Hi, this is my first post although I have been a 'reader' for many months and joined a few months ago.

Did our first Virgin flight in April (UC MAN-MCO 6A+K) and loved it. Doing the same again next month and wonder if anyone knows what the menu is likely to be?

Also, is there a list of the drinks available and any suggestions of new ones to try - had peach belini, bucks fizz and wine last time.

I had a look through the trip reports for an MCO UC flight or similar (day-time to east-coast US) but couldn't find one recent enough.

However, if you keep checking the trip reports section I'm sure you should be able to pick up a few clues as to the current menu.
