Virgin + Air Tahiti Nui

Virgin and Air Tahiti Nui are supposed to have some sort of partnership but I can't find anything recent and relevant. I want to fly round the world from London via Tahiti with Virgin (of course!) and whatever other decent airline does the South Pacific bit. Anyone got any ideas? Would appreciate any pointers. Thanks.

The Virgin / SQ / Air NZ RTW is called The Great Escapade. I am sure that includes Tahiti.

As far as I know there is no agreement between VS and Air Tahiti.

But as Nick says you can always take AZ into Tahiti from Auckland then go on to Los Angles from there.

No agreement at all. They do have agreements with AMerican and Northwest. They also had a codeshare with AF at one point.
