SFO Checkin - What Time ?

I know I've asked this before, but due to the switch to GMT, CA is now 7 hours behind, and the flight which normally departs around 16:30 is now leaving today at 18:25.

Any idea when the Checkin and Lounge is open ? Normally it's 4 hours before.

Your thoughts would be welcomed.

For the record, Checkin opened at 4 hours before departure, also it took a bit of negotiating to get an Exit row seat. Apparently they were holding them for people with Infants or people with Medical needs.
The agent checking me in was polite and efficient, but was not familair with the legal requirements for the Exit Row.

Currently in the lounge and looking forward to the flight home.
