I know this has been mentioned before, but I've never atually had this happen before now.
Today I received an email form the Virgin Holidays Concierge in Dubai, introducing themselves and giving me the opportunity to ask them any questions I may have about my upcoming Dubai trip at the end of December.
They also include a resort 'Adventure' PDF guide explaining all the trips V Hols have available (most with prices as well) whilst I'm there. Not sure if I'm entitled to a discount on these been a FVC member though (as you are when in the US) so I'll ask them!!
