shared flight code air miles

This question may have been posted a hundred times but im new to this so please forgive me.

I’m flying with virgin on a shared CO ticket I have a virgin card and Continental card will I earn air miles with virgin or Continental?.

If you're on a codeshare ticket, then the airline rules of the ticket apply - so if it's a CO ticket, you would get the same miles as if you presented a flying club for a standard CO flight on CO metal (I dunno what that is, BTW, but if you've got a CO card then you probably know already!)
