Rows 11 &12

I am flying P.E LGW - MCO,having read on here that rows 11 and 12 often get allocated to P.E flyers so i am wondering how i go about getting them.Are they allocated on day of dept or can i pre-request them.Would twightlight check-in help or leave til day of dept?

You can't request rows 11/12 if you're flying PE - they're UC seats, and getting allocated them is more like an op-upgrade:)
