Miles Plus Money fares beyond March 2005

Anyone got any inside knowledge, or an educated guess, on when I might be able to book? I need to book LHR-IAD for April, 2005, returning MCO-LGW in May. At the moment I can only book M+M fares up to March, 2005.

I'm to in the same boat and need price's for las in april for a friend.

I have spoken to FC and they told me it could be end of sept before the prices are put on the site.

I was going to wait for my MCO tickets but decided to use the companion ticket route.

Question - Do M+M fares have a child fare as well or is it a flat fare?
