Virgin Holidays Call Centre in India

I have got nothing against call centres in Inida or anywhere else for that matter - I use the Dell call centre in Delhi and the service is top notch -

However -

The VH Inidan call centre sucks a big one - the service is poor, they put you on hold al the time because they do not understand and they do not resolve the issues when they come back. I have today been through to them 4 times as I got fed up waiting on hold - each time for over 15mins!!!!!

It has greatly removed the faith I had in VH and I will seriously consider other options in the future.

Has anyone else had these difficulties?
