I'm trying to do online check in at the moment. It will allow me to check in on line but won't allow me to add my husband, who is booked, e-ticket in front of me!!!!! We checked all the info online last night and have put in the API previously.

Is there anything I can do? Can I phone anywhere? Should I check myself in and hope for the best with our 'pre booked' seats? I know the seat requests are only that, but I will be annoyed as we were the first to book any in PE!

Are you both on the same PNR?

The lead name (ie the person who made the booking) needs to start the check-in process but it should then ask if you need to check anyone else in who is on the same PNR as the lead pax.

I seem to remember seeing a drop down box asking how many other pax you need to check-in besides yourself.

If the other pax is on a seperate PNR, they will have to start another seperate OLCI process.

Thanks James. I am sorted apart from not checking in online and having to do so normally tomorrow!!

I did click the add extra passenger box, then added his name etc on the next page, but it just said they could not check him in online!!! I thought there must be a big problem with John's booking!

However, apparently it is down to the allocation of seats they allow to be booked online and there was only one left.[:?] That had me thinking my pre booked seat was ok but not John's.[?] The very helpful lady at the end of the phone said our pre booked seats were still the same, so we must just get to the check in in good time tomorrow.
