Happy New Year

I was just updating a booking on line with API and i thought i would take a look at our seats we had allocated in PE.It now says for the outbound trip VS043 your seats will be assigned at check in

Why is this ? Aircraft change to LHR......

I have two very small children and i am now thinking they have moved us

Any thoughts would help

The return is still showing a map flight is in Feb

Hi 747340 and Happy new Year to you and your family.

Usually, it is the case that once Virgin have reached the pre-assignment limit for a flight they will close it down as you have experienced.

Just click on each individual name on the itinerary page and it should show your original allocation.
