Bonus Miles when booking online

Hi all.

I booked online and flew a flight last week between BOS and LHR. I made sure that when I booked my flight I did it online and by FC no. was on the booking.

I've recived the miles and TP for the flight but haven't recieved any bonus miles yet... if anyones recieved any, how long should I wait and if it's instant how do I claim missing bonus miles afterwards?

Any help would be appreciated.

For my flights in August, the bonus points posted about 14 days after I got home without any prompting from me.

The points for the flights posted within 24 hours both ways, so there is obviously a different system for bonus points.

I should leave it a week or two, then give them a nudge.

I've got the same problem! No bonus miles either. Have tried calling FC..unfortunately she didn't know what i was referring to so I have sent an email instead..hopefully second time lucky!

Yep, I've noticed I don't seem to have had the bonus miles credited to my account for the trip I did in September, as yet.

Getting the actual miles for the trip itself credited was a bit of a farce, because I had used a reward upgrade to Upper Class, which causes a problem for FC too.

I'm not holding my breath...
