Infinite Destinations Flight Search?

This question is sort of strange, but it could help people who are trying to earn miles+TPs. Is there a website that exists where you don't need to type in a destination when searching for flights, a la searching for infinite (not really) destinations. It's pretty hit or miss trying to guess where to find a really cheap flight so it would be interesting if a flight booking service could just show you the cheapest flight on any or a specific airline going from a specific airport to any airport. Is this possible? And if so, does it exist? Sorry if I'm not being clear.

Just to try and clear your post up a little, you are looking for a site that will give you a list of flights with in a certain price range ??

If so expedia has that function....if not then I am lost [:p]

Yeah, but not to any specific destination. For instance if I just wanted to find the cheapest flight I could take on Continental from EWR.
